WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

We are shipping worldwide:
- Express shipping: 1-4 working days within Italy €9.99
- EU Express Shipping: 2-6 working days within Europe €19.99
- Express Shipping Extra EU: 2-15 working days in all countries €49.99
Any customs duties and costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that transit times are always estimated and never guaranteed, so we are not responsible for any delays in transit time by the courier.

WHEN ARE ORDERS PROCESSED?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.30pm (GMT +1).
Orders received during the weekend will be processed on Monday morning and orders received on bank holidays will be processed on the first working day thereafter.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number and link to our courier's website to inform you about the current status of the delivery. We kindly ask you to check the parcel carefully before signing for it as proof of delivery.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE DELIVERY?

If, for any reason, the package is damaged or tampered with, we ask you to sign with reservation or refuse the delivery.
If your delivery is accepted with an unauthorised signature or if the parcel shows signs of tampering, please notify your local courier office immediately and contact us at the following e-mail address [email protected]

WHAT IF AN ARTICLE IS DEFECTIVE?

If, despite all our quality controls, you find a defect in your product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery at [email protected]
Please enclose a photo of the item and the defect as this will help us to resolve the problem as efficiently as possible.
We will cover all return costs and send you back your new product free of charge.

HOW DO RETURNS WORK?

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. We cannot accept returns after this date.
All items must be returned in their original condition along with their original packaging. If the above conditions are not met, we will not be able to process a refund.
Any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

WHAT ABOUT REFUNDS

A refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the shipment. All duties, taxes and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Together, we can reduce the environmental impact by avoiding unnecessary shipping. Please take this into account and think carefully before requesting a return.
